Its attractive silver-green leaves form compact rosettes that continually produce new offsets. Over time, these pups develop into spectacular mature colonies that create breathtaking Living Art displays.
Unlike many Tillandsia species, Tillandsia bergerii does not normally flower under Kenyan growing conditions. Instead, it directs its energy into producing more offsets, allowing the plant to form increasingly large and impressive clumps year after year.
